Creative Imprint Systems (CIS) is an Erie, Pennsylvania-based screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items business. Founded in September of 1974, as a pro shop in the Glenwood Ice Rink, we have grown into a thriving business: serving customers in three different locations throughout Erie and Crawford counties. We continue to carry on the founding principles that were laid out all of those years ago and strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, products, and price.

While screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items are what we do, we set ourselves apart with the personal service each customer receives. Specializing in a variety of ink techniques ranging from traditional to specialties, our team is comprised of a remarkable creative department, attentive sales staff, and enthusiastic production specialists ready to fill your needs. Customers are consulted during each step of the creative process, from the design idea to the finished product. We take pride in our work and complete each project with the utmost attention to detail. Whether the job is local or global, small or large, we will adapt to your needs and make sure it is done to the highest standard possible.

Over the years, our exceptional staff and loyal customers have helped us to steadily grow our business into what it is today. Though we have added larger and more superior machines to each part of our production process, we have never let our demand for quality waver, and continue to uphold our high standards. Most recently we have added the capability for our customers to conveniently place orders online, giving them one more way to easily place orders with us.

Step One: Meet/speak/email with a salesperson to decide on exactly which garment you would like, and what the perfect color for you is, and if you do not have art already designed, give us your ideas so we can help it come to life

Step Two: Place your order with your salesperson and receive an order acknowledgment

Step Three: Receive an art proof to finalize the design for your item

Step Four: We print your garments after final art proof approval!

Step Five: You receive your garments, by picking them up at one of our three locations, or by having them shipped directly to you.

Step Six: Wear/use your new items!
