Screen Printing
By combining the different processes of screen printing, we make each garment unique so our customers can rest assured they are receiving the best possible product at the best possible price. Our standard screen printing is done using traditional plastisol inks, but we also use water-based inks, discharge, and other miscellaneous processes as we see fit for each job. We are capable of printing up to twelve colors on our automatic screen printing machines, and eight on our manual screen printing machines. We take pride in each garment that goes out of our door, which is why each step of the screen printing process is overseen by our professional staff. From our salespeople, to the art department, to the screen creator, to the screen printer, to the final step of packing the boxes, we make your order go as smoothly as possible.
Questions about what artwork you should provide? We suggest Adobe Illustrator (with outlines), a vector PDF, or EPS as our preferred file types. Our art department can also work with high resolution files (300 DPI). We specialize in providing custom artwork, if that is the direction that you prefer. Our artists are outstanding and will work with you each step of the way to provide artwork that perfectly lines up with your expectations. We will always send a final art proof that will show our customers what their items will look like, and will not print an item until we get the final approval. We keep all artwork in our electronic library, so we can make reordering a breeze in the future.
